    Ringelröteln (Erythema infectiosum), hämolytische Anämie (transiente aplastische Krise), Lymphadenitis, akute/chronische Arthritis, Kontakt während der Gravidität (erhöhtes Risiko für fetale Anämie sowie fetalen Hydrops bzw. intrauterinen Fruchttod), Myokarditis.

  • Hinweise / Bemerkungen

    Der Nachweis von IgM-Ak ist hinweisend auf eine aktive Infektion; der Nachweis von IgG-Ak spricht für einen Kontakt mit Parvovirus B19. Nach einer Infektion kann eine dauerhafte Immunität angenommen werden.
